Apothic Autumn Spiced Sangria
Summer might be over but that doesn’t mean it’s time to give up on sangria just yet.
You can never go wrong with a little bit of fruit and a lot of wine. So once you’ve found the perfect blend, it’s just about taking advantage of what fruits are in season.

Prep Time: 10 minute prep
Total Cook Time: 2 hours 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Apothic White
1 medium sized orange
1 large green anjou pear
1 large fuji apple
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup of brandy
4 cups of ginger ale
6 cinnamon sticks
Directions:
Cut 1 medium apple into slices
Cut 1 large orange into slices (leave the peel on)
Cut 1 medium pear into slices
Start by taking an orange slice to moisten the rim of your cup. Turn your glass in sugar crystals to coat your rim for added aesthetic.
Add fruit and 2-3 teaspoons of sugar to a large pitcher and muddle with a wooden spoon for 20 seconds
Add your brandy and 4 cups of ginger ale and muddle again to combine
Finish by adding your Apothic White to the blend. Stir to incorporate and adjust any flavours to taste.
Serve with cinnamon sticks for bonus ouuu's and ahhh's
