Fashion Week Fakeness
Better late than never... As you guys know, I don't have the best luck with fashion week, but a good friend of mine invited me to a show at WMCFW S/S 16.
I literally hesitated accepting the invite after my stupidly traumatic experience with NY.... but I could handle a drive into the city. So I went, walked about 5 blocks in the most uncomfortable heels, was reminded why not to buy uncomfortable heels again, all while having a pretty good time.
I'm gonna be honest with you, the best part of fashion week is dressing up, taking photos and getting free stuff. Unless you're watching your favourite designer's new collection, everyone is in the audience snapchating how cool their un-cool life is. I was more distracted by the glow of distant iPhones rather than the clothing itself.
And I was so guilty of it, it wasn't even funny...

Like I said, the best part of fashion week is receiving the photos (and possibly the drinks). While we were very excited to see our photo in Elle Canada's top street styles, be sure to take a peak at some of their other favourite looks along with ours here.
